(TOS) in Tallulah, Louisiana. The addition of TOS aligns with BIS Digital’s U.S. growth strategy and marks its first acquisition in Louisiana.
TOS President Doug Davis has announced his retirement after founding the company in 2010. “After 37 years in the industry, I felt it was the right time to ensure the business is entrusted to capable hands for the future. BIS Digital shares a similar customer-first approach, which was the key factor in my decision in choosing the company as a partner,” according to Davis.
Founded in 1982, BIS Digital has been a leader in recording technology since its beginning.
