BIS Digital’s main objective is to deliver product to our clients with the least amount of workflow disruption. Before our systems leave our facility, our testing technicians and production supervisor conduct a comprehensive review and 33-point inspection. Having the customized presentation and telepresence system fully tested at our facility in a controlled environment eliminates the risks of on-site failures.
Once your order is placed, our installation coordinator will schedule your new system. Installation times will vary and are dependent on the complexity of your system. A BIS lead installer/trainer will work with your network administrator or designated point person for a smooth installation. Once the installation team arrives on-site, an initial site evaluation is performed to verify that all infrastructure is properly ready for the installation to proceed. Flagging any potential defects or issues at this early stage, ensures that project is completed cost effectively and saves valuable time.
In addition to the mechanics of system installation—such as the termination of connections, mounting of equipment, and calibration of components—BIS Digital also provides training support for your entire team. All users receive initial on-site training by a BIS Digital technician, along with related support materials, and then complete a training checklist to ensure their understanding of the system. Additional training is also available online at your request.

All users will then be given initial on-site training with related support materials. This on-site training will be scheduled in advance and all service will be performed by a BIS technician.
At the completion of the training each user will be asked to complete a training checklist and will be signed off by the customer. Additional training will be available on-line at the user’s request.
