Upon installation of a system, BIS Digital provides a one-year warranty covering parts, on-site labor, software, and workmanship. During the warranty period, you won’t be charged for labor, equipment or transportation costs for any maintenance or repairs. To ensure continuity of service, we have both back-up equipment and advance replacement available.
BIS Digital also offers service contracts that cover both technical support and product defects, and include phone-based support as well as product repair and replacement, as necessary. In effect, our service contract program extends the terms and conditions of the initial one-year warranty.
