BIS Digital’s main objective is to deliver product to our clients with the least amount of workflow disruption. Once an order is placed you will receive a phone call from an installation coordinator to schedule your new system installation. Installation times will vary and are dependent on the complexity of your system.
A BIS lead installer/trainer will work with the client’s network administrator or the person in charge of the account to ensure the installation runs smoothly. All users will then be given initial on-site training with related support materials. This on-site training will be scheduled in advance and all service will be performed by a BIS technician.
At the completion of the training each user will be asked to complete a training checklist and will be signed off by the customer. Additional training will be available on-line at the user’s request.
